Planning and Organising

In management process there are several important things which has to be noted correctly. In this post and the forthcoming post i will be taking about the Principles of management. Why it is so important for us to follow these process is that this gives a clear cut idea of what management is. First let me start with planning and organizing. Without planning nothing can be dealt.

Planning: Running an organization is soft of equal direction a ship on the ocean; to get where you necessary to go, you've got to hold a plan-a map-that tells you where you're headed. It's the job of managers to better the plans that cause the goals an organization present oppose, the products and services it gift cater, how it give manufacture and expel them, to whom, and at what cost. These plans permit creating an organizational vision and mission and proper tactics for achieving the organization's goals.

Organizing: After managers alter their plans, they hold to increase an organization that can put these plans into signification. Managers do this by designing organizational structures to kill their plans (often building dilate organizational charts that cipher an activity into divisions, departments, and new parts and appoint the grouping who people in apiece stance) and by nonindustrial systems and processes
to move the share of frail, financial, and opposite resources.
